This is usually the place where a band puts up a big long list of songs they are able to play in hopes that the person reading this (you) reads the long list and sees a bunch of songs they like and says, "Hey, they play Stairway to Heaven" and then you think "Maybe I will go out to where they are and listen to them just to hear Stairway to Heaven", rather than just putting your phone on and listening to your downloaded track of Stairway to Heaven now...and, by the way, we could never cover Stairway to Heaven as good as Led Zeppelin, so why bother.  Then, after you listened to Stairway to Heaven at home, you think, "Why would I want to come out to some place and hear some father and daughter duo butcher Stairway to Heaven when I have it right here on my iPhone and I KNOW they couldn't play it better than Led Zeppelin?"  Then you sit back down and decide to stay home tonight and listen to Led Zeppelin IV rather than risk the disappointment of hearing 2 Sparks version of Stairway to Heaven.  Needless to say, that wouldn't work for either one of us, cause that means you actually have to COOK dinner rather than grab a sandwich at the pub, where 2 Sparks happens to be playing tonight and we have one less person sitting in the audience and making the club owner happy cause he sold enough food and drinks to pay us...

So...we will save you the trouble.  We don't play Stairway to Heaven because, as musicians and performers, we respect the sanctity of Stairway and Mr. Page, so nix to Stairway!  But we do play a lot of our own songs and some others songs that other people, not Led Zeppelin, have written that we feel, in our humble opinions, we either play better than them, or at least as good as them, well,  not really.  But Jesus, we have to fill up three hours in a pub somewhere while you scarf down your Reuben sandwich and provide a slight level of interest and distraction to the crowd of other folks eating their Reuben sandwiches.  So, why not come out and listen to music, some you have never heard before in your entire life and enjoy dinner?   I think that is a marvelous idea!  And then, when you do realize how magnificently talented and charismatic the 2 Sparks duo is...buy us a slice of cheesecake (nothing on it, we prefer virgin cheesecake!)
