Nate Sparks

Nate has been a singer, songwriter, producer, audio engineer, and film scoring professional for over 40 years.  From humble beginnings as the keyboard player for the Blind Justice Band in Chesapeake, Virginia.  He worked the Tidewater music scene playing in many bands including Panzer, Atlantis, Southern Breed, Northwest Passage, Cheater, Louie Hahn and the Playboys, and many more.  As a sound engineer at Live Note Studios, PowerPlant studios, and a touring performer, Nate has worked with Doc Holiday, Doug Kershaw, Hank Williams Jr., Matt Tyler, and others.  He has released five albums both nationally and internationally as an indie and development artist with Capital and Platinum Plus-Universal over fifteen years.  His songs have charted as high as number 1 on station playlists in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Europe, and the U.S.  He was honored with a Certificate of Recognition for Virginia's  Governor's Awards for the Arts in 2000.  Nate continues to write and produce music for radio, film and television productions including Precinct 757, Mother of a Day, Kill Devil Hills, commercials, and currently  working on scoring  two films in production; Skynet (Terminator Prequel) and Ten Doors.  His musical comedy bits are featured daily on Gloucester Virginia's WXGM Extra-99.1 FM morning show.  

Damara Sparks

Damara has been a singer, actor, and forensics performer since high school.  She has worked in many stage musicals over the years including the Little Mermaid,  West Side Story, The Princess and the Pea, Elf, Bus Stop, Dark Road, and many others.  She won the Virginia State Championship in Forensics in the Poetry category.  Damara has been singing in chorus and stage performances for ten years and has performed with her father, Nate Sparks, in countless shows and concerts.  Damara is a funny and talented performer who brings a powerful vocal and quick wit to the duo.
